AI Solution Overview:

Furhat Robotics, an AI company at Stockholm’s KTH Royal Institute of Technology, developed a robot named Tengai to conduct job interviews free from the unconscious bias often shown by human interviewers.

Tengai conducts interviews to evaluate candidates by analyzing their behaviors, problem-solving abilities, and other skills. The robot can ask follow-up questions if necessary. After the interviews, Tengai analyzes the responses and combines them with competency scores to make an initial selection of promising candidates. The municipality’s recruiters then conduct the final interviews to assess the candidates’ motivation.
